It seems like proactivity is quite different from being hardworking, even though most of the time they are physically the same thing; you ought to do more than what's expected of you.
Like efficiency, proactive is another key working attitude that is highly regarded in my working community.
Most of my colleagues believe that proactivity is a manifestation of sheer interest.
Well, maybe it is.
On the other side of argument, I would like to think that interest is a reflection of one's true character.
Character is quite rigid; hardly dynamic. It means to endure and to resist; seldom to indulge or to absorb.
If it is true, then perhaps it is quite hard for one to develop a new interest.
But, of course, you know it more than I do that such premise is not entirely true.
